We do not provide source code unless specifically mentioned in a contract. Clients have the right to use the final product (builds, compiled applications) but without access to the source code.

5. Termination and Service Transfer

In the event of contract termination, all expenses related to services managed by our agency (hosting, VPS, domain names, licenses, etc.) will be billed to the client at cost price, plus processing fees. We will transfer ownership of products such as domain names and servers, but not the source code unless previously agreed. Additionally, employees managing this transfer must be compensated by the client.

6. Responsibilities

• We guarantee a reliable service but cannot be held responsible for interruptions or errors beyond our control.
• The client is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for the use of their account.
• We are not responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of our services.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be published on this page and notified to users if necessary.
